Bless you! The word “fact” has little value anymore whether it be among the religious community or the scientific community. All too often both sides exaggerate and manipulate what little evidence they have to support their world view. Religion is a poor substitute for a relationship with God and science can’t see beyond the end of it’s nose. There are indeed facts that remain undiscovered by the multitudes who lack the proper instruments to see and hear into the dimension of the spirit.

Animal sacrifice does not mean meat-eating and nothing to do with vegetarian. It means sacrificing for god to get something in return, certainly immoral at least in the western counties and say modern indian society. Someone commented above that morality is relative that’s why i asked the question. If it is relative, then would you accept is as a cultural tradition, however reprehensible?
